pricing · read-only, fixed fee
It starts with one read. Then it climbs: see if it's safe, make it safe, keep it safe. Every step is a fixed fee — no discovery retainer, no hourly meter, no surprise scope. You pay in advance, and you own every deliverable.
One full read-only pass over your org. We map what an agent would inherit and grade every finding by how we know it. Read-only, one week.
A checklist isn't a fix. We work down the findings, then stand up your first agent behind a validation layer that checks every action against your rules before it touches a record.
Orgs don't hold still — new fields, new flows, new hands. We re-read on your cadence and catch the drift before your agent does.
Larger footprint, multiple orgs, or a remediation build (our Safe-Deploy Sprint)? Those are scoped to the work — tell us about your org and we'll quote it.
questions about pricing
The X-Ray is a single, complete read of your org. Drift Watch is that same read on a schedule — quarterly or monthly — because an org that's safe today drifts as people keep building in it. Start with the X-Ray; move to a Watch when you want it to stay true.
You're paying for how often we read the org, not for a seat. Monthly is twelve reads and the tightest drift loop — the right fit during an active agent rollout. Quarterly is four reads a year, which is the realistic cadence for most orgs. One-time is a single read with no commitment.
Yes. Every plan is strictly read-only — we extract metadata and profile your data, we never write a change back. Nothing we do can alter a record.
For now, yes — the first 13 orgs get the full X-Ray at no cost as design partners, in exchange for feedback and, if it's useful to you, a short reference. After that it's the pricing above.
No. Watch plans are paid in advance for the period you choose and don't silently renew — you decide each time whether to continue.
